I love finding driftwood and use it in home decoration. I like mixing it with 2nd hand treasures as well as designer items. It's just about finding the correct balance. I can play around with several items a long time before I find a mix I'm comfortable with. But sometimes it just...bam! There it is. It falls into place imdtly.
This Serax vase is one of my favs at the moment.
I like the greyish taupe colour. It mixes well with green colours, like my small greyish moss ceramic vase I found at the 2nd hand store. And again with brown glass items as well as green marble... (I ordered some green marble items from a local interior shop, and I'm desperately waiting for it! )
The Bloomingville wooden house is a favorite all year around. It can be mixed with anything! Definitely a good buy, even though my husband couldn't see the point of buying a small log of wood... we have the shed full of it! .....Recognizable, anyone?
